Colbert Hills Experience

You can enter the raffle to win a wonderful Colbert Hills Experience in Manhattan, KS! Entries cost $20 and can be purchased HERE. One lucky winner will receive a round of golf for 4 on Saturday, and a second round of golf for 4 on Sunday at Colbert Hills on August 6th and 7th, 2022 (2 foursomes total). This prize also includes Lodging for all 4 golfers at Colbert Hills for one night – August, 6th, 2022. Enter as many times as you’d like – the entries will be capped at 1,000.

First Tee Greater Wichita Colbert Hills Experience Raffle – Rules
Presented by First Tee – Greater Wichita, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

1. The Colbert Hills Experience Raffle is produced by the First Tee – Greater Wichita
   (referred to as “Producer”), a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the
   Internal Revenue Code. The First Tee- Greater Wichita is a youth development organization
   that enables kids to build the strength of character that empowers them through a lifetime of new
   challenges.  We create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and
   resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. 
2. A maximum of 500 entries will be accepted. Chances of winning depend on the total
   number of qualified entries.
3. The Colbert Hills Experience Raffle will be on July 15 at 3:00 pm, virtually. The entry
   selection will be established by the First Tee – Greater Wichita.
4. The person’s name appearing on the entry form corresponding to the entry selected
   as the winning party by the Producer will be awarded prizes. Positive identification will
   be required to claim any prize(s). Winner will be notified by phone call or email and
   must claim their prize by July 20, 2022.
5. A copy of the rules and regulations, a list of prizes, and, after the event, a list of prize
   winners can be obtained from the Producers by sending a written request with self-
   addressed stamped envelope to First Tee – Greater Wichita, PO Box 8313 Wichita, KS
   67208
6. The entry portion must be completed in its entirety and delivered to the Producers or
   an authorized representative of the by the Producers by 2:00 pm, July 15th to be eligible to
   win any prizes. Entries received after 2:00 p.m. Except as otherwise provided by the Producers,
   no other entrants are eligible to win any prizes. Entrants assume the risk of non-delivery of any
   entries to the Producers or to an authorized representative of the Producers.
7. A minimum donation of $20.00 is requested. Free entries defeat the charitable fundraising
   purpose of this event and are not encouraged. No purchase is necessary and any
   person may, prior to July 14th, request one free entry per person, by submitting a
   written request for such entry and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the
   mailing address listed in rule six (6). Requests for free entries will not be accepted after
   July, 14th.
8. Grand Prize winner will agree to utilize the grand prize on the communicated date by
   Producer. The Producer will not honor the prize outside of the communicated dates.
9. No cash value available for the first place prize. Winner does not hold First Tee – Greater
   Wichita or any other event partners or sponsors liable for not meeting eligibility
   requirements of the first place prize.
10. Transportation, Food and Beverage are not included in the grand prize.
11. The winner of any Prize must be over 18 years of age and must pay any applicable sales tax
    or other fees associated with the prize. If the Prize winner is under the age of 18, a parent or
    guardian may claim the prize on their behalf. The winner need not be present to win.
12. Winners will be announced on July 15, 2022. Winners will also, where necessary, be notified
    by telephone, email, and/or U.S. mail. If a winner does not claim his/her prize by July 20th, or if
    the Producer is unable to contact a winner due to insufficient or illegible contact information, or
    if a winner is deemed ineligible to win a prize, Producer will select a substitute winner by
    random drawing of entry tickets. All prizes will be awarded.
13. All decisions and interpretations of rules and regulations will be made by the First Tee –
    Greater Wichita and its judgment are final.
14. This event is subject to all federal, state, and local law regulations and is void where
    prohibited by law.
